oh that guy got ultimate combo'd by shadow jago lol and he is the only one who can peform one. and it does cost 1 blue gauge to do it when the opposing opponent is in danger state or you when you face him

all endings on every character is what you need and then you got to complete the ladder on medium and ultra someone who is before fulgore so it wont be fulgore it will be shadow jago instead
